Catalyst Capital's asset management strategy is structured through the implementation and supervision of business plans at portfolio and individual property level. These are subject to constant review to ensure that opportunities and initiatives unique to the property or scheme can be acted on swiftly.

Many of the strategies include both the refurbishment and re-configuration of accommodation, lease reviews and restructuring and also the exploration of development opportunities and initiatives.
