Catalyst Capital Acquires Retail Portfolio in Italy

Catalyst Capital LLP, the pan-European Investment, Asset Management and Development Group, has acquired a portfolio of three supermarket units in Rome and a newly developed shopping centre in Bologna for its WCC Europe Fund for €84 million from the Di Mario Group/Dimafin. The Galleria Levante shopping centre, Bologna, is the dominant asset in the portfolio, recently opening in December 2007.
