Historically the Group's acquisition strategy has been based principally on either opportunistic or value-added strategies.

Catalyst Capital is currently seeking further investment opportunities in key European markets, in particular France, Italy and Germany, along with in the more established Central European countries.

Catalyst Capital was established in 2001 with the acquisition, by the management and key executives, of the European division of Greenwich Group International LLC. The division had grown rapidly since 1996 fuelled by successfully delivering excellent returns against carefully constructed business plans.
