Kean Hird

Kean Hird joined Townsend Thoresen Properties in 1980 and was appointed as director with responsibility for acquisitions and development in Europe and the USA. Mr Hird subsequently spent 13 years with Imry Group Plc, becoming Chief Executive Officer of a principal subsidiary, and overseeing the Group's activity in both the UK and France. In 1998, Mr Hird established Frame Investments and Sussex Asset Management, working in joint venture with PRICOA and other US and UK investors.
