Jonathan Petit

Executive Director, India Fund

Mr. Petit oversees Catalyst Capital's activities in India. His responsibilities include supervising the evaluation of investment opportunities, the asset management of investments and investor relations.

Mr. Petit was CEO (from 1996 to 2002) of Colliers Jardine Asia Pacific, a pan-Asian real estate company with 38 offices in 12 countries, and was a member of the executive committee of Colliers International. During this time he established the Colliers business in India. Previously he was an Executive Director at Hongkong Land Limited and a member of the Hongkong Land Property Company Board, responsible for the asset management of the company's commercial portfolio of 10 million square feet in Hong Kong and SE Asia. Mr. Petit started his real estate career with Jones Lang Wootton, working for seven years in both London and Hong Kong.
